TabTrade - What It Is
TabTrade went live in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
That last detail is relevant. It suggests the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. It is better than someone with no brokerage experience.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.
The instrument list: forex, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.
What You Trade On
You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is the default. Full charting, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Many people prefer it once they try it.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is apparently coming. That should be a good addition once it is live.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Good for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.
Does this affect you? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. The point is the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.
Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
Safety
Here is the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. But be part of your decision.
The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether the trade-off makes sense depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, the broker top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before funding.
